Rentals for Weddings and Private Functions

Bytown Catering offers its catering clients a wide variety of rentals and upgrades to add a special touch to your event. We will be happy to assist you sort through the available options.

Premium Dishes, China, and Cutlery

While many of our packages include standard dishes and cutlery, you can customize your dining experience by choosing from a wide variety of premium dish/china styles and colours. We also offer a variety cutlery styles.

Regular and Premium Glassware and Stemware

We offer a wide range of glass types and styles to enable you to customize your dining and entertainment experience:

• Different glass styles for a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages
• Standard and premium water glasses
• Standard and premium wine glasses to suit different types of wines and/or styles

Table Linens and Chair Covers

Over 30 different colours of standard table linens are available free of charge with selected menu items. Specialty colours, materials, floor-length table clothes, and embellishments are available for a modest fee. Chair Covers in a range of colours are also available.

Tables and Chairs

We provide a full range of event furniture and can accommodate many special request for items not listed. Examples of event furniture available include:

• A variety of chair styles, colours, and accessories including folding chairs, stacking chairs, specialty chairs (e.g. ballroom chairs, resin with cushion, Chavari, bar stools) and chair covers.
• A variety of event tables available including different sizes, shapes (Rectangular, Round), and types (Patio, ½ moon, Square, Cocktail/Cruisers, Serpentine).

Party Tents

Hosting an outdoor party? We provide a range of party tent rentals. Hexagon, square, and rectangle shaped tents of all sizes are available. Tent Accessories such as walls, linings, lights, and heaters add further flexibility to your event planning.

Stages and Flooring

For indoor and outdoor settings we can set-up temporary stages and flooring to accommodate a wider variety of event and entertainment needs.

Wedding Accessories

Transform your event space to give it a special wedding feel with our wedding accessories. Examples include Arches, Love Seats and Couches, Flower Urn, Podiums, Easels, White Balustrade, Wicker Flower Basket, Wishing Wells, Ivory Candle Screen with Tea Lights, White Fountain, White Trellis Panels, Candelabra, Roman Pillars and Vine Pillars, and Aisle Runners.
