With our menu and our skilled chefs, you can choose from popular fine dining or hot buffet packages, pamper your guests with our Elite Collection, or come up with something truly unique and customized to your needs by arranging a one-on-one consultation with a member of our knowledgeable and professional staff. Cocktails, Appetizer Trays, and Midnight Snacks
Either on their own or paired with a full-service meal you will impress your guests with our colourful and flavourful cocktails and appetizer trays. Choose from one of our breaks or snacks for a quick bite. The Social Snack or The Decadent Snack packages are an excellent complement to an evening of celebration!
Special occasions, family gatherings, and other private parties
We offer cold buffets, hot lunches, barbeques, Tex-Mex buffets, and special holiday themed menus; all perfect for hosting house parties and other special events. For your next gathering offer your guests something special without having to labour for hours in the kitchen.
The Bytown Elite Experience
Our new Bytown Elite Collection menu is for those who want the full five-star treatment. Consisting of our Bytown Elite Collection Cocktails Reception and Sit-Down Dinner options, these packages include all the fine touches: special cocktails and amuse-bouche, seven-course dinners featuring unique, fresh, and local ingredients, upgraded dishes and utensils, San Pellegrino Water service, along with other fine touches all to make your event a memorable one.
Food Allergies and Special Needs
In response to a growing number of requests related to food allergies or cultural requirements we have developed new premium offerings for satisfying these special requests. In particular we have developed a whole new selection of Gluten-Free and Vegan Items and noted these throughout our menu, with the help of Kathy Smart, a registered Nutritional Consultant and Holistic Teaching Chef. In addition to Gluten-Free and Vegan options, we are able to customize our menu or create a special meal to address other dietary needs.
Bar Service
Our Smart Serve certified bartenders would be pleased to provide a range of alcoholic beverages to your guests. In Ontario, our liquor licenses allow us to easily set-up a bar on premises by simply providing notice to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In Quebec, or if providing your own alcohol, we can advise you on obtaining the necessary permits.
