Our President,
Steve Lachance, started his first venture in the food industry at
the age of 19. From 1989 until 1999, Steve owned and operated various
food outlets on the campus at the University of Ottawa. Due to his
constant need for new challenges, he founded Bytown Catering in 1996, adding to his range of food services offered. Since 1999,
Steve has dedicated his time uniquely to catering with the intent of
becoming Ottawa's caterer of choice by providing great food and
personalized service at a reasonable price.
Steve managed
to successfully build a great team of food industry professionals.
Today, our team includes over 70 members with more than 400 years
of combined experience. Our team takes pride in their work and will
ensure that your function is a success.
