Our hot buffets offer three different entrée options and a variety of accompaniments to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. For an added touch consider enhancing or customizing your favourite menu with any of the options included below under “Customize your Hot Buffet Package”.

Our hot buffets include standard dishes, cutlery, tablecloths, cloth napkins (choice of 30 colours) and water glasses at no extra charge. A 15% Labour charge and all applicable taxes will apply.

Customize your Hot Buffet Package
The following options are available for customizing any of our hot buffet packages:
Add a soup
add $3 (per person)
aAdd a pasta action station
add $6 (per person)
Upgrade to plated and served salads and/or desserts
Dessert Choice:Triple Berry Crumble, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Strawberries Romanoff, or Maple Mousse
add $3 (per person)
a Add a Gluten-Free or Vegan entrée ( a Honey Baked Chicken or a a Walnut and wild mushroom nut roast) as an additional buffet selection
add $4 (per person)
Premium Dessert Bar
add $5 (per person)
A selection of premium desserts will be presented in lieu of the standard buffet selection, including Crème Brulée, Sable de Breton, La Marquise au chocolat, and Lemon Millefeuille
