We understand the challenges of following a gluten-free diet as gluten comes in many forms, can be hidden in the ingredients list, and is even used in the manufacturing process of some products. With the help of a registered nutritionist, we went through a special development cycle involving custom design, taste testing and an extensive ingredient audit to produce a variety of gluten-free menu items such as:
