Rentals for Corporate Events
Bytown Catering offers its catering clients a wide variety of rentals and upgrades to add a special touch to your event and to help things go more smoothly. While it can be intimidating to sort through all the options available, we can help you understand your options and select accessories appropriate to the type of event, location, time of day, time of year, along with other factors.
Our fully self-sufficient mobile kitchen has the capacity and functionality to handle a wide range of events, from fine dining dishes to BBQs and snacks for large special events and festivals. Thanks to our mobile kitchen we are able to prepare meals fresh and onsite regardless of the availability of services or supplies on location.
Our mobile kitchen has its own power generator, water storage and full food preparation and cooking equipment. It is CSA-certified as a unit; the first of its kind in Ottawa.
Hosting an outdoor reception? We provide a range of event tent rentals. Hexagon, square, and rectangle shaped tents of all sizes are available. Tent Accessories such as walls, linings, lights, and heaters add further flexibility to your event planning.
Stages and Flooring
For indoor and outdoor settings we can set-up temporary stages and flooring to accommodate a wide variety of event and entertainment needs.
We provide a full range of event furniture and can accommodate many special request for items not listed. Examples of event furniture available include:
Serving equipment and accessories
- A variety of chair styles, colours, and accessories including folding chairs, stacking chairs, specialty chairs (e.g. ballroom chairs, resin with cushion, Chavari, bar stools) and chair covers.
- A variety of event tables available including different sizes, shapes (Rectangular, Round), and types (Patio, ½ moon, Square, Cocktail/Cruisers, Serpentine).
- Portable Bars
- Chairs, Love Seats and Sofas

A wide range of equipment and accessories is available to assist in staging corporate events including:
- Coat racks, hangers and coat check tickets

- Ceremonial Scissors for Ribbon Cuttings

We can set-up for your trade show and provide booths, section separators, drapes, and carpet. We can also provide electrical accessories including connection panels, cords and power bars.
